Is it time to detox?

Nowadays, we are confronted with a lot of choices in making our life more relaxed or busier, our environment is now more condusive to over eating and indulging in too much alcohol, our lifestyles are more stressful on our bodies than ever before.

The air we breathe isn't so clean and we are inhaling pollutants to our systems. Toxins accumulate, and each day more are being absorbed by the body without the possibility of being expelled. The natural means of detoxification cannot cope and are overwhelmed by the amount of toxins that invades the body each day.
