Kinesiology

Kinesiology is known as an alternative medicine, it uses muscle testing to get results.  Such muscle testing uses structural, chemical, and mental aspects of health to identify issues.  Muscle testing is essentially a resistance test of various muscles, and is not a test of brute strength, but can tell the professional about the overall health of the muscle.  Based on the response of the muscle, a professional can glean information regarding mental and physical stress, and other bodily imbalances.

There are other tests used in kinesiology.  One kinesiology test is the nutrient test.  The nutrient test gages the muscle's reaction to specific chemicals.  This kinesiology test can tell professional which nutrients may help strengthen a weak muscle, and which nutrients an already strong muscle ought to avoid.

Another kinesiology test is therapy localization.  This kinesiology test is by placing a hand over a weak muscle.  Then the mind focuses on the area, and this is said to change the muscle response from weak to strong.  This kinesiology test is not done as frequently as muscle testing.
Applied kinesiology has been said to be very effective for many people.  There are many people who attribute increased health to kinesiology.

Their reasoning… If they couldnt “serve themselves” well then how would they be able to serve him? I thought about that for awhile. Then the wisdom of Sally hit me. She said [...]
