RecipesSnacks... Here's the first of many great recipes.. Blair's Balls just don't eat too many.. Although they are full of healthy stuff there is plenty of sugar (energy) in the fruit so 2 max per day. Blairs' Balls(named after Blair @ Camp Eden in Queensland) Ingredients:
Method: Add the Vanilla or Peppermint Essence and the Carob or Cocoa to the other ingredients. Blend together in a food processor for 5 minutes or until smooth. Roll into small balls and then into coconut. Store in the fridge.
