Resveratrol

So many of us want to stay healthy, look youthful, and live longer. For most, it's just a game of wishing and hoping. But recent breakthroughs tell us it may be possible to give our genes a little push toward living longer and healthier.

When you think of being a grandparent, what is it that you see? Are you active, vital? Or are you lethargic and aged? Resveratrol may be able to help you achieve your vision. Resveratrol has been shown to significantly extend the life of a worm in clinical trials (I know not so human). Many people believe that it can do the same for humans, and people are researching those possibilities. Amazingly, Resveratrol has also been shown to have anti-cancer effects, much like antioxidants.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol has the same effect that caloric restriction has. Years ago, scientists extended the life of mice by feeding them a balanced diet with minimal calories, and caloric restriction produced similar results in other living begins, even mammals. That was the first time scientists saw evidence of what many call a longevity gene.

Of course, it would be nearly impossible to live a healthy, long life with such severe diet. Well, resveratrol has similar effects, and doesn't require you to starve. Resveratrol helps your body stay young by acting as a strong antioxidant, which fights cell damage and, potentially, postpones death.

Resvertrol can help you live longer by fighting cell damage and keeping your heart healthy. Cell damage is one of the primary causes of aging, and resveratrol can help your body fight it, like antioxidants, but better. Resveratrol has been shown to have many heart benefits, keeping your heart healthy.
There are a number of resveratrol sources. Resveratrol can be found in red wine, eucalyptus, spruces, grapes, mulberries, and peanuts, and many other plants and foods. However, the most effective way to get resveratrol is with resveratrol supplements.

red wine
Resveratrol is produced in many supplements. One of the most common resveratrol supplements is red wine resveratrol. Red wine resveratrol takes the antioxidants and resveratrol commonly found in red wine, and concentrates them into supplements. This red wine resveratrol gives you the benefits of drinking many glasses of wine, without the impairment.

Resveratrol can also be obtained from resveratrol extract. Reveratrol extract is similar to a supplement, but it may obtain the resveratrol from multiple sources, and then concentrate it into an extract. Resveratrol extract potentially has the same benefits as resveratrol supplements. The concentrations may vary, so look at the dosage before you select your supplement.

Weight loss… isnt it easier to gain something?
I had a conversation with a friend of mine who told me they wouldnt allow someone overweight to serve them in a clothing shop. Their reasoning… If they couldnt “serve themselves” well then how would they be able to serve him? I thought about that for awhile. Then the wisdom of Sally hit me. She said [...]
